Beware, European customers

I could not get my product as UPS tried to charge an extra 55% of the price even though delivery was supposed to be free! I contacted the customer service to cancel my order but never received a refund even though they launched an investigation. To this day, I have neither product nor refund AND UPS is still trying to charge me for a delivery they did not perform.
